We want to transform the lives of local residents who are without a stable and permanent place to live, by building affordable homes in safe, modern conditions in newly developed or revitalized communities

Our Values

We believe that affordable housing is a public interest, particularly for those who lack resources. Fam Dream Homes is a non-profit organization with values grounded in love of community and service to struggling families and neighborhoods. As such, Fam Dream Homes focuses on community development and re-development of local areas affected by disasters…(other forces that affect non-growth).

About Us

Fam Dream Homes was a creation driven by many factors.

The first is service along with a:

Desire to change the plight of lack of housing in communities.
The desire to keep housing costs affordable.
Mandate to help improve impoverished neighborhoods and communities.
Recognition of the role that safe neighborhoods and environments play in raising children and creating productive citizens plus attracting business to those communities and the city.
