What we do

Fam Dream Homes follows the needs of local communities. In collaboration with community leaders, the public and keeping in step with area strategic growth plans encouraged by local elected officials, we set forth development needs and priorities. This commitment must overlap with serving our housing priority to those that are historically disadvantaged, homeless, lower socially economically challenged, disabled Veterans and citizens, fixed Income Seniors and those directed affected by a natural disaster.

Community Development

We encourage and support creation of neighborhood, community or family supportive businesses and services related to housing… We are prepared to partner with private or government. Partnerships with business or organizations related to food distribution, food stores, senior and child care services, meal service community organizations, small business development from local residents.
